Robert C. Gillooly, CFA

Bob is a portfolio manager and member of the Elmwood Investment Committee. His primary responsibilities include U.S. domestic stock and bond research, as well as working with our financial planners on setting asset allocation for client portfolios. Bob enjoys meeting directly with clients to plan and communicate investment strategy.

Prior to co-founding Elmwood Wealth, Bob worked for Osborne Partners Capital Management for 18 years and was their Vice President, Chief Operating Officer and a principal of the firm. He was a voting member of the four person investment committee responsible for choosing individual securities and setting asset allocations for over $1 billion of client funds. Bob also had sole responsibility for setting strategy for their approximately $300 million bond portfolio, as well as all equity trading strategies. Bob also worked in the trust department at Union Bank of California and on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange in both the S&P 500 futures and Yen foreign currency pits.

Bob received his Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Michigan. Bob has been a guest lecturer at the Berkeley Haas School of Business, and has taught adult education courses in investment management throughout the Bay Area. He earned the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation and is a current board member of the CFA Institute of San Francisco where he also serves as a business mentor, and sits on the Global Research Challenge committee. Bob and his wife Erin live in Berkeley, California with their two daughters Maile and Jacki. In his free time he enjoys skiing and playing tennis.


Shannon Lemon, CFP®

Shannon is a Certified Financial Planning Professional™. Her primary responsibilities include working directly with our clients on assessing their financial situation and putting a plan in place to meet their financial goals.

Prior to co-founding Elmwood Wealth Management, Shannon worked for Osborne Partners Capital Management for 18 years and was their Chief Compliance Officer and a principal of the firm. Shannon provided financial planning services to the firm’s clients. In addition, Shannon was responsible for the oversight of both their Client Service and Operations Teams. Shannon was a founding Board Member and also served as the President of the Board for the Advent Users Group, a non-profit organization that addresses specific needs in portfolio management.

Shannon received her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology from the University of Colorado at Boulder. She earned the Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) designation and is a member of the Financial Planning Association of San Francisco. Shannon and her husband, Mike live in Concord, California with their two children, McKenzie and Aiden. In her free time, Shannon enjoys hiking and gardening.


Juliana Moravy

Juliana joined Elmwood in January, 2015. Juliana is an operations specialist and keeps our business running in an organized and efficient manner. Her responsibilities include: working with new clients to ensure a smooth transition to Elmwood, acting as a liaison and resource for clients gathering information pertinent to their financial plan, and working with our outside business partners and custodians in a wide variety of ways.

Prior to joining Elmwood, Juliana worked in corporate retail as a Merchandise Planner, with her latest position at Restoration Hardware. She is a native of Columbus, Ohio and graduated from Miami University with a B.S. in Finance. Juliana and her husband live in Oakland, California and they enjoy spending time with their son Rafa.
